About Prerna Subhash Padwal:
Prerna Subhash Padwal joined Ujjivan in April 2010 as part of its Management Development Program. Following the training, she ran six branches in Surat and Navsari for three years before moving to the product department. Prerna ran three successful group lending campaigns during her tenure as a product manager. Now she is responsible for both group and individual lending.
